I have been in the mortgage advice arena for 30 years and acquired Woodcroft Financial Services in 2024, taking on the role of Practice Principal. Living near Shrewsbury with my wife Gemma, we enjoy walking around the Shropshire Hills with our dogs. On weekend evenings, I can often be found playing guitar and singing with my band, performing in many areas across the UK. I am a keen snowboarder and always looking forward to planning the next winter trip or summer holiday alongside my wife, where we have been enjoying all the Greek Islands have to offer.

I joined Woodcroft Financial Services in 2004 but have worked within Financial Services for over 30 years. I have been married to Sarah for 33 years and we have 1 son, Jack. I'm a season ticket holder at Stoke City enduring the high and low points that has brought over the years. As a family we enjoy travelling and visiting new places. Oh, and we love French wine.

I joined Woodcroft when it was first formed in 2001 and have nearly 40 yrs experience advising clients.
I am happily married to Janet and we have one daughter and two lovely grandchildren. My interests involve the family and some DIY (motto: when in doubt consult an expert).
We like to space our year out with regular holidays to recharge those batteries.

I joined Woodcroft Financial Services as a Financial Adviser in 2016 after spending 14 years working within the financial service industry. I have a wealth of knowledge helping many customers over this time, working both as a face to face adviser and as back office member of staff. This has given me the experience and expertise to ensure that I can give you the help and advice that bests suits your needs.

After a 30-year Policing career, I qualified as a Mortgage and Protection adviser in 2022. So, I’ve moved from protecting to protection!! I was also previously the CEO of a national charity, so helping people is embedded in all that I do.

I joined Mark and the team at Woodcroft in 2025, drawn by their values. I’ve been married for over 31 years and have 2 children. I am a season ticket holder at Everton which hasn’t always been fun. I love music, going to live events, and was lucky enough to attend Glastonbury recently.
